This book will pull at your heart strings a little bit. When single mom Courtney and her son move into a new place to start a new life things are always hard. She works two jobs to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table. She doesn't want to. She wants to be there for her son the way a mother or father for that matter should. Her baby daddy is a douche of epic proportions. However she has a secret crush on her neighbor/landlord. She won't do anything because he's a manwhore. What she doesn't know is that Sam has a crush or is in lust with her. Sam does everything he can to ignore his neighbor, he doesn't ignore her son because well he's just a kid. For Sam he works hard trying to keep his business afloat. When he and Courtney can't contain their lust things turn out for the worst. However when Courtney's past comes out all hell will break loose and Sam will be on his knees begging. Can he help her? Can she forgive him?
